4" Plastic Tinsel/Lurex Fringe

Lightweight tinsel fringeĀ made of hair-like strandsĀ of plastic tinsel or vinyl sewn on a polyester tape. Can be cut into smaller strips using regular scissors. It is normal that some strands of the fringe get tangled.

NOTE: The fringe may fray when the ends are cut. Use very sharp scissors and test a small portion first before cutting the entire material.

For best application, hand-sewing or use of sewing machine is recommended. It can be glued using E6000 or any glue.
