Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all feathers and trims are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
